Training School

The Restored Training School was created to train up men and women from our movement and in the community that have a calling and a passion to be trained up and sent out into ministry for the Lord's Glory. Our heart is to offer affordable, usable, seminary-level education for those of us in the city that cannot afford big-dollar schools. The Restored Training School is proud to be The Urban Ministry Institute's 74th satellite campus. In addition to the TUMI foundation, R.T.S. also offers courses specific for training in church-planting and discipleship-based ministry.

Is there a burning in your heart to touch the nations with the Good News of Jesus Christ? Then check out this program. Our school of church-planting, RTS, will help you develop the skills you need to start global church-planting movements. Emphasis is placed on case studies, simulations, and field work. You'll learn to apply what you've heard, adapt what you need, and move ahead with confidence.

Classes will be held in two formats:

1) 8-Week long semesters consisting of class one night a week (Tuesdays 7:30-9:30pm) 
2) Weekend Workshops. A one day workshop on a Saturday (8:00am to 5:00PM)

LifeGroup Leadership Training Workshop (RTS-001)

Course Objective:
This is a one day workshop to train and equip future and present LifeGroup leaders to shepherd life-changing groups for the glory of God.

3) Leadership In A Cell - What You Do
4) Prayer
5) Evangelism
6) Discipleship
7) The LifeGroup Night
8) Children in LifeGroups
9) Multiplication  

 All course work for this workshop is now due by Sunday April 8th, 2012.

From within Restored: Anyone who feels the call for ministry and missions that are members and are in covenant-level discipleship.

From the community: Anyone called to ministry and missions that are a part of a church with pastoral oversight that can give a reference.

Tuition for the Restored Training School is set on a sliding scale based on your income.

Annual income of $25,000 or less: $25 per course, plus $25 for a student workbook, plus costs of text books (Vary in price based on what course module you are taking)

Annual income of $25,000 or more: $50 per course, plus $25 for a student workbook, plus costs of text books (Vary in price based on what course module you are taking)
